Helloes everyone! 
I’m new here and you may call me Dee Dee. And no, I do not have a brother named Dexter! I get that quite a lot especially from kids who watch too much Cartoon Network! Lol…
So I’ve recently gotten engaged and the W-Day (Wedding Day) is set to be held in about SIX months from now. I know it seems like an eternity to most people but to me, it’s as though as my life is one whole movie that’s being fast-forwarded! Then again, I’m not going to have a fancy wedding, just a small cozy affair so I’m going to plan the entire event at my own pace and will try not to be stressed out like other brides are months before their wedding.
Want to know how we met? 
Actually most people don’t but this is my blog and I want to tell it anyway!
How we met: Norman and I are comic book geeks and we met at where else, but at a comic book convention! It was my third year attending the huge event and I was all dressed up as Death, a character from the best selling graphic novel series “The Sandman” written by (again) best selling author Neil Gaiman. The moment I set eyes on him, I burst out laughing. He was all dressed up as Dream, aka Sandman the titular character. Dream is also Death’s brother, and they are two of the Endless siblings that consist of Dream, Death, Delirium, Desire, Destiny, Destruction, and Despair.
He looked like a convincing Dream except that he was eating a hot dog with chili smeared across his face. I laughed at him and told him in no way will Dream “attack” a hot dog like that. From then on we exchanged playful banters and explored the convention together. We looked very convincing as Dream and Death, and lots of fans of the Sandman graphic novels actually took photos of us.
Later, he asked me out (I was very flustered!) and his exact words were: “I promise you it won’t be in_cestuous but will you please be my date tonight?”
